Learn the basics of Yoga or refresh your practice.

This 6 session workshop will cover standing, seated, prone, supine & balancing postures, modifications & variations of poses including using props & incorporating breath with movement. All sessions will end with relaxation. This class will prepare you with knowledge of Yoga & the different class styles we offer & allow you to comfortably make Yoga a part of your routine.


Sessions will be held on Thursdays at 4:30pm starting August 23rd through September 27th.
