Join Judy for this 2 hour interactive workshop that will cover the basics of Yoga & give you a solid foundation on which to build your Yoga practice. You will be introduced to standing, seated, prone, supine & balance postures along with modifications & variations & how to use props. We will focus on the importance of breath & incorporating breath with movement. You will apply many of the things you learn during the last ½ hour of the workshop with a short Yoga class. You will leave prepared to start on your Yoga journey.
