By using inversions to connect our head onto the earth, we can ground our citta vritti and be receptive to the moment.

With step-by-step instruction, every posture throughout the workshop will be thoughtfully sequenced to clear anxiety and build our way into headstands.
This playful workshop will strengthen core, shoulders & lower back, while stretching legs, hips & glutes. Inversions are also great for circulation and detoxifying organs. Open to all-levels, though not suitable for those with neck issues.
