Yoga Classes Offered

Need more than a cup of coffee to start your morning?  Join us for an early bird express class to learn new poses, focus your breath, and clarify your day with plenty of time before work. Class duration is an hour long and begins at 5:15 am.


Beginners Yoga

New to yoga or not sure what to do?  This 1 hour class is right for you, suitable for beginners and seniors alike. This class is designed for you as we step you through each pose bringing movement into the body.                                                 


Hot Yoga

When you are ready to take the next step in your yoga journey, our advanced classes focus on enhancing your physical fitness and mental focus. This 1 hour class incorporates a wider variety of transitions and postures with the goal of mastering specific advanced movements and poses.  Although these classes may be challenging, they are accessible to all students with some level of yoga experience. Always remember to stay hydrated before and after attending a hot class. Temperature is set between 95 and 100 degrees. 


Intro to Hot Yoga

Warming up to your yoga practice but not quite ready for an intense hot class? This class is a great segue; the warm room will help increase your pulse rate as well as metabolism. The conditions allow your body to become more flexible while burning extra calories.  Always remember to stay hydrated before and after attending a warm class. Temperature is set between 80 and 85 degrees. 


Slow Soft Yoga 

Want to improve your overall wellness? Come join us for Yin Yoga. Yin is a slow, gentle class where we focus on holding our poses for 3-5 minutes. Holding poses for longer periods of time allows the fascia and connective tissue surrounding our muscles to relax and give us more flexibility within our practice. Yin helps calm the mind and body. Reduces stress and anxiety while increasing circulation, improving joint mobility and helps balance the flow of chi in our bodies.  

Warm Yin

Come join us for Warm Yin. In this class we will hole gentle poses for 1-2 minutes. Holding poses for longer periods applies moderate pressure on the fascia and connective tissues which aids in increasing circulation in the joints and improving our flexibility.


Vibrant Vinyasa

 Reawaken your vibrant self! Get your body moving in this energetic Vinyasa class. This class integrates breath and movement. It encourages safe alignment and core stability to help you move from one pose to the other. This is an all levels class


Restorative Yoga

Need to relax after a long day at work?  Come enjoy a restorative class to help disconnect you from the stress of the day.  Restorative yoga is intent on helping you relax, restoring health, strength and well- being.  In class you will align the physical and mental practice of stillness in a few poses held for longer periods of time using props to support the body.


Open Flow

Come join us for this Vinyasa flow yoga class where breath and movement are used to release tensions in the body. Modifications are given to each pose making this class accessible to all levels. Thursdays is Teachers Special at 3:30pm for only $5.00.


Gentle Flow Yoga

Come begin your day warming up the body at 'Your Pace' with some gentle mindful movement. Head to toe stretching and flowing for beginners or seasoned yogis alike. Focusing on breath, alignment and posture, we will incorporate and build upon foundational yoga poses with options for all levels.


Warm Core Yoga

Looking to strengthen your core? This 45 minute warm core yoga class is for your! In this class you will work on strengthening your body and mind. The class is focused on building strength in your back, abdominals and torso.  


Group Classes

Want to do yoga with your friends? Schedule your private group class for $5.00 per person. Bring yourself plus 6 friends, coworkers, family members, neighbors, church members, all your people. Minimum 7 attendees, 30 max. Call with questions or to schedule. Any class type of your choosing available during non regularly scheduled class times. Your pace, your pals, your yoga practice.
