The heart is our center of love & compassion. It’s a place of energetic alignment, balance, peace, forgiveness, and gratitude.

Practicing yoga backbends is a beautiful way to connect with this energy using the physical body. We’ll explore asana and pranayama to open your chest, shoulders & hips, increase flexibility of spine, strengthen core while awakening the entire back chain of your body.
